Bighead, calcium deficiency and osteoporosis are all major problems for horses grazing topical and sub-tropical grasses. Top Lix HiCal Plus provides plenty of calcium (16%) with possibly the highest levels of all other essential minerals, vitamins and key amino acids found in a lick block, all designed to meet the daily needs of the paddocked horse in areas where more calcium is required.
Also perfect for late pregnancy/lactating mares. The high calcium, phosphorous, manganese, copper and zinc are great for developing bones and preventing osteoporosis while the high levels of the essential trace minerals, vitamins and protein help give the unborn foal the best start in life it can get.
